This photograph was taken with a Fuji Finepix S5700 when I was out walking in my local park last winter. The lake in the park was frozen and pieces of sheet ice had broken off at the edge. I held a piece up to the sky and discovered some lovely colours. I had to photograph quickly as the ice soon began to melt and cold water started to trickle up my arm! The only alteration I have made to the image is to add a grey key line border.
