The best, funniest, most beautiful and/or cutest photo will win amazing prizes:
1st prize: 1× EasyBook Large (A4) with 26 pages and a hard picture cover.
2nd – 10th prize: each 1× Baby Bib with your photo!
All contestants will also be given a voucher for 1 FREE 12″ poster on photo paper (postage & processing excluded)!
Please only send 1 photo per person. All entered photos are placed in a public on-line album on our Pixum EasyBlog and can be viewed there.

Terms & Conditions for “Baby photo competition 2009″
Entry deadline for the “Baby photo competition 2009″ is 15.07.2009. Pixum reserves the right not to publish all entries and to abbreviate or edit entries before publishing. The winners will be chosen by a jury after the entry deadline. Along with entering the photos, the contestant certifies to own all rights to the entered photos, to own the unlimited exploitation rights for all parts of the entered photos, and that all photos are free from rights of a third party. Should the photo identifiably show one or several persons, the contestant certifies that no personal rights are violated and that the persons concerned agree with the publication of the photo. On demand, they will confirm this in written form. Should any third party raise a claim due to violation of their rights, the contestant exonerates Pixum from all responsibility and costs deriving there from.
The contestant grants Pixum the following rights without remuneration:
* The non-exclusive and irrevocable license to use the photos and text, without restriction in time, space or content
* The right to edit the entered photos and texts
* The right to use the photos and texts for publicity and competitional purposes (irrespective of form, i.e. print, on-line and possibly exhibitions, invitations and others).
* The contestant agrees with the fact that his/her name may be mentioned in the context of presenting the photo(s) and text.
Photos by professional photographers will not be considered. There will be no cash or credit alternatives offered and any legal recourse is not possible. Every participant automatically accepts the terms & conditions for “Baby photo competition 2009″ with participating. Subject to alteration.
